WIR Assistant, Work Inspection
This module does not read your WIR document and nothing is uploaded. It works the other way round: you declare what you actually found on site, and the assistant converts that into a precise, contractually enforceable inspector comment. Comments such as “approved”, “rejected” or “subject to project specifications” are not acceptable on their own and will be redrafted.

MIR Verification, Material Inspection
Dual verification protocol per QLM-ORG-PRO-001 Rev A: the delivery is inspected AND cross-matched against the approved Material Submittal. Grade, manufacturer, origin, standards and batch markings must match exactly; any variance is flagged for rejection.

Settings
Optional. The built-in Expert Engine reviews fully offline in every module. Connecting the backend adds Gemini deep-language reasoning on top and syncs the shared registers.
The URL is stored on this computer only. The backend holds the Gemini API key and the Google Sheets database, so nothing sensitive lives inside this file. Upgrading from v2: redeploy the new Code.gs and run setupDatabase() once; your existing NCR register and projects are kept. See SETUP.md in the app folder.
AI provider pool
AI review runs on a pool of free-tier providers, each with its own independent quota. A review tries the first available provider; if it is rate-limited, the request automatically falls through to the next. Only when every provider is used up does it fall back to the offline Local Expert Engine (which is unlimited). More providers with keys = effectively unlimited AI review at the team's volume.

Code.gs, find AI_PROVIDERS near the top, paste the free API key into that provider's key: '', redeploy as a new version. Gemini reads documents (used by NCR/MIR); Groq and Cerebras are text-only and handle WIR overflow. Get free keys: Groq, Cerebras, Gemini.
